Refund Policy
ICCA is committed to having very satisfied and loyal customers. We will be happy to refund 100% of your Registration fee if you cancel within 30 days or more prior to an event. If you cancel less than 30 days, there will be a 25% Administration fee.
Cancellation must be received in writing.
